Quaker Ireland Yearly Meeting Public Lecture 2012

Since 1671 Quakers from all over Ireland have held at least one general meeting every year.  Now known as Ireland Yearly Meeting, it usually takes place in Dublin in April.  While the sessions of the meeting are confined to members the Society, a regular feature is the Public Lecture which welcomes everyone.  The lecture this year will be given at Quaker House Dublin at 7.30 pm on Friday 13th April.  The speaker will be Timothy Peat Ashworth of Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre in England on Guided by the Spirit: the heart of Paul’s challenge for today
