You should get off the 15b bus at stop 6325, “Airpark Avenue”. Continue on foot a short distance in the same direction, passing above the M50, until you get to a roundabout.  The entrance to Quaker House is just past the first exit from the roundabout.  Timetable for 15b bus route (Dublin Bus Website).

LUAS
From either Connolly or Heuston Train Station, you can take the Luas Red Line to Tallaght, then take a taxi to Quaker House. When you get off the tram, walk slightly back along the LUAS tracks to a crossing and cross over the tracks; then walk straight ahead for a short time until you come to a shopping centre and car park on the left; there is a taxi rank at the far end of the car park outside the shopping centre entrance.
